Pre-Inspection
Our service technician will inspect your areas of concern as well as noting carpet construction and soiling conditions.
Pre-Vacuum
Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in cleaning – we will thoroughly vacuum with our special Industrial Vacuum.
Furniture Moving
We will carefully move your furniture. Electronics and larger pieces are left in place under our regular pricing. Your furniture is protected with disposable blocks or tabs.
Pre-Spray, Conditioned
The carpet is “pre-sprayed” with special cleaning solutions specially designed for your carpet and soil condition.
Pre-Groom
The “pre-spray” is then groomed into the carpet fiber using a hand rake. This helps loosen the soil making cleaning more effective.
Rinse and Extract
Once the soil is loosened, our hot water extraction process will thoroughly cleanse the carpet. Water pressure is always regulated so that the carpet is not over wet.
Protect
We apply Scotchgard™ fabric protector. This will help your carpet stay clean longer, vacuuming will be easier, and it will wear longer.
Speed Dry
Floor fans are placed on the carpet to ensure faster drying. Average dry time is 2-6 hours.
Post Grooming
The carpet pile is set in one direction (using a carpet rake) for more visual appeal and faster drying.
Post Cleaning Inspection
